hello, first of all, sorry for writing in english, but has portuguese, we normally speak english and i just have one year of german . im puting here my first post because i was looking for a godd forum about valves, and from what ive seen, i think this is the best, so im thinking in buying an cayin a 50t from coemaudio (norman) but ive never bought ( only ebay) in the internet and here i dont have no security, his norman a trustly guy, is it a good and safe webstore to buy? thanks to all and portuguese regards

well, we (usually ) don't do "dealer bashing" here. Most of the orders in HK/China are completed without trouble. If something goes wrong, it's usually "only" bad luck and has nothing to do with the dealer himself. As long as you stay with one of the well known dealers it will be okay.

However, on my (!) private list is Coemaudio the worst. I would never ever buy there again, even if Norman would offer the lowest price. There are other dealers who offer fair prices, have good service and don't talk bullshit all day long. But, again, this is my personal opinion.

thanks for all the help, but instead of norman, where can i find the cayin a50t ? cattylink, in one month of sending mails, no answer and in time audio ive send a mail but until now, nothing, so there are other good places to buy ?

its true they have and its at the same price of coemaudio, so its better this one than norman, im gonna buy from them (its half the europeans dealer price, 1300€ )
the problem is (if i dont like, i can sell it latter), ive never heard the a50t (just the ta 35 broher, the prima luna two) but it would have enough power and dynamics to drive my 91db jm lab chorus 714s, because im between the a50t or the non valve primare i20...

it seems that the guy in the primare has desapeared so there leaves me the other option, the cayin a50t, but ive just eard the ta30 with some kplish speakers (very sensitive), has anyone heard the a50t? i like to listen my pink floyd or supertramp, a little bit loud , would the a50t be enough to my jm lab 714s (91db) ive found it at the same price, in timeaudio, and without insurance stays more or less at 450€ with shiping included

91 db ist pretty good for connecting a valve amp... let's hope there's no impedance dip below 3 Ohm... tube amps don't like that at all!

Well if you like to listen to pink floyd - very nice! tonight I heard ' alchemy Dire Straits live' double LP...amazing! - you will need power!
Tonight I switched to KT88 EH and they really have the best bass slam of all KT88. But there ist one tube amp, which isn't weaker but sounds great
with a speaker >90 dB: the Music Angel 845 SE!

Not very kind when you talk "bullshit" about Norman. Some friends and I have bought a lot of items to him, and we never had any problems with him but with delivers company.
I had a problem on my jolida JD-100H and he sent a new output tubes PCB without asking me to send him back my old one....
Very reactive to mails and very quick in sending items after paying him.

Some have good experiences with A, some with B and from time to time there are individual problems with one.
